Cutting
- Our inspection team analyses the fabric for defects after which the cutting team takes responsibility for the remaining process of cutting.
- The layers of denim fabric are piled up for the cutting process.
- This is a central process that involves perfect marking and precision cutting of the pattern of the fabric.
Sewing
- Our expert team members carry out the sewing process proficiently.
- Firstly, the belt loops, pocket, and the button-hole strip are made.
- Then the front pocket, fly, front rise, back rise and yoke are sewed.
- Last step includes the sewing of front and back together.
Finishing
- It is a substantial procedure to enhance the quality of the jeans and make them more striking for the customer.
- Various dry and wet processes are conducted in jeans manufacturing to achieve unique looks.
Laundry
- With a capacity of 5,000 of garment washes per day, we are committed towards water and energy efficiency and are deploying modern technologies to facilitate our vision.
- We have had a team of professional technicians brought in from Turkey to ensure better practices and procedures are implemented across our Laundry Division.
